For a number of years I have been observing, with utter fascination, a growing movement called Steampunk. It has pervaded costuming, ornamentation, jewelry, transportation, performance art and now it is marching into mainstream entertainment industry and craft. What is Steampunk and what is perpetuating this fast growing movement into the mainstream.
