Carbide Cone Shape Burs are great for evenly enlarging a drilled hole when the right drill bit can't be found. It's just one of those gotta have tools that you discover a myriad of uses in problem solving during fabrication, such as enlarging a hole for a rivet. This bur can shape metal in tight spots with delicate precision due to its softer flute structure. Great for de-burring too! Use the H.30 General Handpiece.
Carbide metal is strong and beefy. These burs are ideal for use on hard wood and most metals including stainless steel, steel alloys, cast iron, etc. Can only be used with H.30 General handpiece. Cross cut flutes produce finer chips and leave and smooth finish but are not as aggressive as standard flutes. 1/8" shank.
